Hey racers, it's been a while since we've caught you up on everything that's going on at Refuel Creative. So buckle up and get ready for an adrenaline-fuelled ride as we take you through our major wins for the month.

In this blog, we're thrilled to share the incredible achievements we've accomplished for our clients. It's been a month full of triumphs and breakthroughs as we've worked closely with businesses to help them grow and succeed in their marketing goals.

Google Ads: All aboard the ferry to ROAS-land

Throughout this month, we have achieved remarkable successes for our clients across the board. Collaborating closely with businesses, we have propelled them towards their marketing goals through our proven strategies and innovative design solutions.

SeaLink Marine and Tourism, one of the largest tourism operators in Australia, has been a loyal client of ours for over 5 years. Recently, we visited Cape Jervis (the departure point for the SeaLink Kangaroo Island ferry), where our videographer Fraser filmed video content for our case study. Our case study focuses on our success across their Pay Per Click (PPC) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies. 


Since embarking on this project in 2019, the results have been remarkable. SeaLink has experienced a staggering 650% increase in conversions, a 270% increase in conversion value, a remarkable 78% reduction in cost per conversion, and a significant 62% increase in spending. These achievements are a testament to the power of data-driven solutions and our commitment to helping businesses thrive in the ever-evolving landscape of digital marketing. 

 

HubSpot: Trophies in the cabinet


But that's not all! We've also achieved yet another impressive win. Refuel Creative was crowned the winner for the Asia-Pacific region in the prestigious Platform Excellence category at HubSpot's highly anticipated semi-annual 2023 Impact Awards. This incredible recognition is awarded to members of the HubSpot Solution Partner Program who consistently go above and beyond to help their clients thrive.

Our exceptional work with K-TIG, collaborating closely with their marketing, sales, and customer service teams to revamp their strategy and optimise their HubSpot usage. Additionally, we designed and developed a brand-new website that focused on driving conversions and generating leads, resulting in an astounding 172% increase in leads and a remarkable 45% surge in website traffic within the first three months. Running trade promotions on Meta ads

As a result, advertisers are now required to seek permission before running any advertisements under this new policy.
