We’re excited to announce our 12 week HubSpot & marketing automation internship program, designed to give you practical experience while working with cutting-edge tools and strategies used by top companies around the world.

A flexible, part-time schedule - you’ll work 1-2 days per week, making it easier to balance study or other commitments.
What Will You Learn?
This internship is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of HubSpot and marketing automation. Here’s what you’ll dive into:
Week 1-2: Getting started with HubSpot & marketing automation
You’ll begin with the fundamentals - setting up your HubSpot account, navigating the dashboard, and learning the basics of marketing automation. This is the foundation that will allow you to excel throughout the internship.
Week 3-4: Deep dive into HubSpot CRM & lead generation
Learn how to manage contacts, segment lists, and create landing pages and CTAs. You'll also begin working on lead generation strategies that will help you understand the value of nurturing leads throughout their journey.
Week 5-6: Marketing automation essentials
Get hands-on experience creating workflows, automating emails, and integrating HubSpot with social media. Learn how to build and schedule social media posts and understand how they fit into an overall automated marketing strategy.
Week 7-8: Content strategy & campaign execution
Work on creating and automating content, including blog posts and campaigns. You’ll also gain valuable experience in planning, executing, and measuring multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Week 9-10: Advanced HubSpot features & analytics
Master advanced workflow creation, segmentation, and analytics. Understand how to create personalized campaigns based on user behavior and track performance with custom reports.
Week 11-12: Final project & presentation
In the final weeks, you’ll put everything you’ve learned into practice by designing and executing a comprehensive marketing automation campaign. You’ll present your project to the team, demonstrating the strategies you’ve implemented and the results you’ve achieved.
Who are we looking for?
We’re seeking motivated, curious, and creative individuals. People who have a passion for digital marketing and want to work with industry-leading tools. While no prior HubSpot experience is required, we do expect:
- Strong interest in marketing automation, CRM systems, and digital marketing.
- A basic understanding of marketing principles (bonus if you have experience with HubSpot or other marketing platforms).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Students that are a fit for our culture and values are ideal.
The ideal candidate will need to be available for 1-2 days per week over the course of the 12-week program.
