Lovewell is a wellness brand dedicated to providing nutrient-dense, organic, and clean supplements. Offering a range of natural and organic products to enhance and nourish wellbeing.
Created for overwhelmed, time-starved mum., Lovewell has blossomed into guilt-free, accessible wellness for all who need it.
Despite having strong brand foundations, Lovewell was struggling to scale. They turned to SLAM Strategy, Refuel’s performance and growth division, to overcome a long-standing performance plateau.
Despite offering premium, nutrient-dense supplements, they found themselves completely unable to scale their advertising efforts. No matter how they adjusted their creative or tweaked their targeting, they were consistently stuck at a 3x to 4x Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). This wasn't just a number. It was a bottleneck that was preventing reaching the numbers they needed to grow.
This plateau created a significant pain point. Lovewell couldn’t increase its budget without immediately seeing diminishing returns.
We implemented a multi-channel strategy that focused on optimising the entire sales funnel. By balancing high-impact brand building with precision-targeted messaging, we transformed their digital presence into a sustainable engine for growth.
We captured high-intent shoppers by optimising Google Shopping feeds for health-conscious queries and launching targeted Search Ads. A strategic remarketing layer reengaged past visitors to keep the brand top-of-mind and increase conversion rates.
We built brand authority using Facebook Reels that showcased product benefits in a native, scroll-stopping format. Customer-centric ad copy highlighted Lovewell’s organic and nutrient-dense values, effectively resonating with health-conscious families.
We used Reels to introduce the brand to new audiences and Story Ads to capture existing followers. This approach created personal connections that significantly improved click-through rates and brand trust.
The primary challenge we faced was identifying the exact customer segments that would move the needle beyond Lovewell's existing, stagnant audience.
Lovewell’s premium price point required reaching a specific consumer who prioritised health over budget.
We completely reconstructed the campaign sales funnel. This required a rigorous process of testing and data analysis to identify which customer personas responded best to different content formats.
The results of our strategic overhaul were both immediate and transformative. Within just eight weeks of launching the new campaigns, Lovewell achieved a staggering 1645% ROAS.
We also achieved significantly higher volumes of qualified engagement, evidenced by a 94.34% increase in clicks.
This increase in interest was successfully captured by the optimised sales funnel, resulting in a 62.50% increase in the total number of conversions.
This growth proved that we hadn't just increased visibility, but had fundamentally improved the efficiency of the entire customer journey, providing Lovewell with the scalable, profitable foundation they needed to dominate the national wellness market.
