Decorfaure came to us (SLAM Strategy) with a clear and frustrating problem. They had reached a significant plateau in their business. Their revenue and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) had stalled. Combining increasing the top of funnel expenditure with on-brand messaging, we were able to increase the volume of qualified customers coming through the sales funnel process. Ultimately, this led to an increased sales volume and better targeting for more top of funnel opportunities.
The primary challenge we faced with Decorfaure was operating with fairly low margins. This made it difficult to secure a sufficient advertising budget to effectively push people through the sales funnel. We had to persuade the client to raise their budget enough for proper scaling.
The commission-based model helped us to focus our goals on what the client most wanted. It meant we were able to identify quick win opportunities early on as well as create long-term opportunities at the same time.
This built trust and demonstrated the value of a larger investment before it was made, helping us secure the funds needed for significant growth.

Within just 30 days, we achieved a 650% ROAS. This was a clear indicator of the campaign's profitability and efficiency.
The success was driven by a 300% increase in clicks and a 600% increase in conversions.
Ultimately, these efforts led to a 500% increase in sales, proving that with the right strategy and budget, Decorfaure could successfully break through their revenue plateau and unlock their full growth potential.
