Your voice always matters here.   ## The role: Social Media Content Creator As Social Media Content Creator, your job is to captivate an audience, build a community and drive brand awareness and engagement. You’ll be creating, producing and managing organic social media content across all platforms. This includes crafting visually stunning photo and video posts from the very beginning. Think an eye-catching photo or Reel for Instagram, an engaging TikTok video or a can’t miss Facebook Story. You’ll be equally brilliant behind the camera as you are in the edit suite with the ability to make stunning graphics in Canva crucial. You can also snap captivating photos and shoot engaging videos with your phone or camera. You’ll have fun creating live streams and making and editing short videos for TikTok, Reels and Shorts. This will add a lively touch to our clients’ social media content, as well as our own. As a client-facing role, you’ll prepare and present social media strategies and performance reports to clients. You’ll tailor content to meet each client’s unique goals. You’ll become the go-to expert advisor for our clients, providing them with data insights and support, to help them make informed decisions to achieve their objectives.   ## What you'll be doing You’ll be working with our Account Strategist and Marketing Communications Specialist to create engaging social content that performs. - Crafting scroll-stopping content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube - Shooting and editing eye-catching videos and photos (think Reels, TikToks, and viral-worthy short-form content) - Designing graphics that pop using tools like Canva - Managing social media channels, including community engagement and performance tracking - Collaborating with our Marketing Communications Specialist to create compelling copy - Staying on top of social media trends and best practices - Preparing and presenting social media strategies to clients - Contributing to podcasts, live streams, and other innovative content formats   ## What we're looking for We’re looking for someone with a proven background in social media marketing and creating content. You’ll need to be organised and creative, working with our team to plan, film, produce and edit content for our clients and ourselves. - A creative genius with a knack for visual storytelling - Someone who's equally brilliant behind the camera and in the edit suite - Proficiency in video editing software (Canva and/or Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects are a plus) - Experience with DSLR cameras, lighting, and photography - A data-driven approach to content creation and performance analysis - Strong communication skills and a team player attitude - Enthusiasm for learning and staying ahead of industry trends   ## Join our team!
