Lodging a new ticket

When you need hands-on help from our team, follow these steps to submit a service ticket.

1. Go to the New Ticket page

You can raise your new ticket on our new ticket page: https://www.refuelcreative.com.au/help/kb-tickets/new


2. Fill in the form fields

  • Subject: A concise summary (e.g., “Error uploading product images”).
  • Description: Detailed steps to reproduce the issue, desired outcome, and any screenshots or links.
  • Priority: Select the urgency (Low, Medium, High).
  • Attachments (optional): Upload screenshots, error logs, or sample files.


3. Submit the ticket

You’ll receive an email confirmation with your ticket number and an estimated response window.

Pro Tip: The more detail you include (steps, links, screenshots), the faster our team can diagnose and fix the problem.
