How do I view or manage my tickets?

After you’ve submitted tickets, you can monitor their progress anytime.

  1. Visit the Ticket Portal:
    https://www.refuelcreative.com.au/help/portal
  2. Log in using the email address you used when creating the ticket.
  3. Review your list of tickets: Statuses include Open, In Progress, Waiting on Customer, and Closed.
  4. Click a ticket to see all updates, agent comments, and to add replies or attachments.
Note: You can re-open a closed ticket by commenting on it if the issue recurs.
