How do I view or manage my tickets?
After you’ve submitted tickets, you can monitor their progress anytime.
- Visit the Ticket Portal:
https://www.refuelcreative.com.au/help/portal - Log in using the email address you used when creating the ticket.
- Review your list of tickets: Statuses include Open, In Progress, Waiting on Customer, and Closed.
- Click a ticket to see all updates, agent comments, and to add replies or attachments.
