Computer workstation setup

Not sure how to setup your desk at home or the office? Avoid workplace injury with these tips.

We recommend all workstations be setup in accordance with Australian Standard AS3590, which includes external screens or laptop stands to ensure that the user is able to sit in the right position.

Ideally laptops would be used with docking stations, external monitors, screen raisers, and external keyboards to meet these guidelines.
