Adelaide marketing jobs like this do not come up often.
This year was certainly like no other in modern memory. COVID-19 threw up all sorts of challenges for us, with many of us working from home - often for the first time.
As we look back on the year that was, we asked the team at Refuel to share some of their experiences working from home. Both the good and the bad.
Looking for a little light reading over the holiday season? We’ve pulled together 7 of our most popular blogs to add to your reading list, just in case you missed them earlier in the year.
Recap from Adelaide HUG Event, The Year That Was and The Year Ahead, held on 2 December 2020, via Zoom, hosted by Refuel Creative.
At the last Adelaide HubSpot User Group (HUG) event for 2020, we heard from two knowledgeable speakers who focused on the HubSpot tools. Imanol Ortiz, Senior Channel Consultant at HubSpot, focused on some of the newest HubSpot Sales features announced at INBOUND in October this year. Ryan Jones, our CEO & Founder, then shared tips for businesses to get the most out of their HubSpot portals. Watch the full video below, or check out some of the highlights from the sessions.
I recently had the pleasure of judging the new Refuel Digital Technology Award for the 2020 Jetpets Companion Animal Rescue Awards Ceremony held on 15 October. This Australian, not-for-profit technology award celebrates innovation in rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of animals by rescue organisations.
Having participated in the awards since their inception, this year Refuel Creative decided to become more involved. We designed an award recognising Rescue Groups and Animal Shelters who use digital technology. It was a fascinating way to discover how different groups in the not-for-profit sector are using technology - and there were some great uses!
The whole judging panel was blown away with how advanced our finalists were, streamlining processes, fundraising systems improvements, and the various levels of automation achieved on limited budgets.
If you’re a business looking for low-cost solutions, there are some innovative uses of technology by volunteer-run, not-for-profit organisations that can give you ideas.
Have you ever looked at the customer testimonial page of some businesses and wondered how they get such amazing, detailed testimonials from their clients? The short answer: they ask!
Seems simple and obvious, but if asking for testimonials leaves you feeling intimidated or desperate, we’ll walk you through how to get customer testimonials with effortless dignity and grace.
We are looking for our first Operations Manager! This is a new position driven by recent growth, adding operations and project management expertise to our management team.

We’ve all been at the receiving end of poor customer service at some point in our lives. If you haven’t, you’re certainly one of the lucky ones!
Those who have, know just how frustrating it can be when you get the runaround or transferred from one person to another. Failing to help your customers or guiding them in the wrong direction is a big no-no! It throws out major red flags for incompetence and is simply, bad business.
There is a fine line between taking your time to respond to clients and responding too quickly. Quick responses may set unrealistic expectations and yet on the flip side, taking too long can mean you risk losing that client. Good customer service is about being prompt, comprehensive, client-focused, and streamlined. It’s about finding a perfect balance.
Sure, this might not be one of the most cutesy or heart-warming days of the year, but it’s definitely one of the important ones. Also called Cyber Security Day or Internet Security Day, every 30 November, the international community attempts to raise awareness about computer security issues.
So let’s dive into the matrix to look at what some of those protocols are, and what tools you can use to fend off cyber-attacks from malicious software and wealthy Nigerian princes.

One of the hugely positive things to happen in 2020 is that we gained our wonderful wordsmith, Anna! Anna, or Anna Butler as she's known to her friends, joined our team as our new Content Marketer in May. She's been so busy that it's taken us a few months to pin her down to have a chat about herself. Learn more about the woman with all the words!
These days there are a multitude of different ways for someone to access your website.
Are they using a desktop? If so, what screen resolution do they have? Is it Windows, Mac or something else? What browser are they using?
It was a very different Inbound in 2020, and the reason why won't surprise you (cough COVID). In case you've missed our updates from Inbound 2018 and Inbound 2019, Inbound is HubSpot's annual conference, usually held in Boston. A proud Boston based company, HubSpot takes over the city, booking out hotels, the convention centre and more.
This year thanks to COVID, the event ran on a virtual platform, with videos available live and on-demand.
Even though it's a marketing and sales conference, it's still a HubSpot event, and they take the opportunity to unveil some tasty updates. Here are the five new and improved features HubSpot unveiled that are getting us excited.
WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Shopify are three of the biggest and most popular online selling platforms. So if you’re ready to sell online, how do you decide which platform is the best fit for your business?
Previously we’ve given you 7 questions to help you choose the right ecommerce platform. Now, we’ve done the hard work for you by comparing all three ecommerce solutions to give you our thoughts. Let the showdown begin!
With easy access to mobile devices, we’re watching much more video online. In fact, up to one-third of our time online is spent watching video content. Smart companies are taking advantage of this, creating targeted video marketing strategies that speak directly to their audience.
As a result, video has become a vital tool in digital marketing. It can increase your reach and engagement of social media content. It can boost search engine rankings. It helps you capture attention and explain technical issues easier.
But with so many video hosting platforms to choose from, how do you decide which is best for your business, budget and digital marketing strategy?
Let’s explore the pros and cons of some of the most popular online video platforms.
With the COVID-19 pandemic causing major disruption to our lives, for many, our working lives also took a hit. Those of us fortunate enough to go about our daily business, it meant flexible working policies became the new way of life, at least for the foreseeable future. With this came new challenges and priorities.
Pandemic aside, the team at Refuel is always looking for ways to go paperless and support remote working. We believe it’s important to find ways to spend less time chasing financial documents and more time running our business.
Starting a new job can be daunting. Add in a global pandemic, and you could find yourself inducting a new staff member right from your very own home!
In March 2020, many employers moved quickly to respond to the growing concern around the global COVID-19 pandemic. Following advice for social distancing and the health and safety of all was paramount.
Flexible working arrangements needed urgent attention. For many, allowing staff to work from home was never anything more than an ad-hoc request. For some, it was forbidden. However, setting up employees to work from home for the duration of COVID-19 entered uncharted territory.
Whether or not you’re already familiar with the concept of a backlink, they’re one of the most important contributors to your website ranking so it’s always worth keeping them in mind.
We’re going to go over what they are, what they’re used for and most importantly, how to get more of them.
If you're reading this it's likely that you're still pretty new to web development and design. If so, then perfect! You’re in the right place, and I hope you pick up some useful tips here.
If you've been at this for a while, stick around anyway. It never hurts to have a reminder - you might even learn something new.
Imagine being told to shoot an arrow at a target while blindfolded. You’d have no idea where your target was and, unless you’re some sort of archery superstar, would almost definitely miss!
This is what happens when you create content without knowing who you’re creating it for. You’re aiming blind, hoping your content will hit home! Blind targeting is a pretty ineffective way to roll out a marketing plan to target customers.
Why? Who? How? These are all good questions and questions we’re going to be answering right here. So let’s get into it, starting with:
Most of you know our Graduate Designer, Adam Schwarz, he's been with us for a while now! Adam is the person who builds your websites and does all the nitty gritty work behind the scenes to keep your website up and running. Given he's such an integral part of the work we do, we thought it was about time everyone got to know him a little better!
Haven’t heard about pillar pages before? Don’t panic. We’re here to tell you exactly what they are, why they matter for search engine optimisation (SEO) and why they should be part of your content strategy.
Soon you’ll have the information you need to show search engines why you’re the authority in your field - without sweating the details of hundreds of long-tail keywords.
The last decade saw the death of some hugely popular social media sites from the early 2000s. Platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram grew in popularity and drove their competitors out of business. We often forget about the platforms that paved the way for our current favourites and that, for many of us, were our first tastes of online social networking.
Want to share your products and services with the world, but don’t know where to start? If you’re a small bricks and mortar store, sales beyond your immediate neighbourhood might seem to be the territory of the big players. Ecommerce opens up national, even global markets, and is now affordable for businesses of any size.
If 2020 has taught us anything, it’s that diversity is key for both business and their customers. Ecommerce software is delivering that diversity by providing more options for people to browse and buy.
How does coming into work every day, with an office full of video equipment, to create creative, innovative content sound?
We are on the lookout for a videographer to do just that. If you are looking to get agency experience with equipment to make any creative vision a reality, we want you!
A success story about a not-for-profit animal rehoming service, a digital marketing agency, some cute animals and Google Ad Grants.
The Animal Rehoming Service is a small not-for-profit organisation that aims to rehome animals into loving, lifelong homes. As a small organisation, founder Michaela Newell, realised that she needed help to achieve her goals.
Michaela’s goal was to increase awareness of her charity and help pets find new, loving families by harnessing the digital marketing solutions available to her. She wanted to increase TARS’ social media followers, their website traffic and sign-ups, we create more awareness of their services as solutions for people needing to rehome their pets.
We are looking for a Sales & Account Manager to join our growing team at Refuel Creative. You will be helping us both grow our client base and better support our existing clients.
For any business, how you take care of your customer's needs before and after a sale or enquiry is vital. We want to convert happy customers into promoters! But how do you make sure your customer support or sales calls are on point?
If you haven’t heard of marketing automation yet, you might as well have been living under a rock!
As defined by Weidert.com, “Marketing automation is the use of software and web-based services to execute, manage and automate marketing tasks and processes”.
Simple enough to understand right? Well if this has already captured your curiosity, listen in.
There is so much more to learn about what this can do for your business.
As a not-for-profit organisation, you understand the pain of competing with other big players in your market. Battling against bigger budgets and organisations is hard. Google AdWords Express can make this easier. Given $10,000 per month through Google’s grant program, it is possible to battle these bigger budgets.
No, we didn't get a Platinum Record for Andrea and Liina's new rap album, that they've been hard at work on while in isolation. We have just become a Platinum HubSpot Solutions Partner!
Countries and cities around the world are in lockdown due to COVID-19. As the situation evolves around the world, governments are calling on businesses to do their part. We all need to encourage social distancing to protect the health and wellbeing of our staff and colleagues.
Setting marketing goals is like driving a car. When we drive our car, we have a destination in mind. If we don't, we might as well ask ourselves, "why are we driving?".
This is the same concept we can apply to setting our marketing goals. If we are not setting any tangible and specific goals in marketing, we may as well be 'driving to nowhere'.
How do we know what is working, what is performing? Are we working well? Is our marketing working?
So you’re starting an eCommerce business - congratulations! You have an idea, a product or a service - now you need a platform to help you reach your customers. With so many options on the market for selling online, how do you choose the best eCommerce platform for your business?
In these challenging times, digital advertising and sales is an essential tool for businesses. If you’re experienced in paid search and looking for a new challenge, you could be our new Digital Advertising Consultant.

We are extremely excited that HubSpot has named us as their Rookie of the Year in the Asia Pacific region for their 2019 performance Impact Awards.
Do you love writing? Do you create content constantly?
We are looking for a Content Marketer to join our fast-growing and diverse team.
Today is our birthday — kind of.
Unlike a lot of businesses, Refuel Creative doesn't have an official birthday. Refuel grew organically. From humble roots with me just providing help to friends and friends of friends, it grew until it became a full-time job.
As many of you will know, Australia has been ravaged by a number of bushfires over our summer. Word of these fires spread far and wide, and we had partners from as far afield as Boston and Paris checking in on us to make sure we’re ok as they turned on their TVs and scrolled their social media to see the devastation.
Fortunately, the Refuel team have been spared the worst, but many parts of Australia are not so lucky.
If I had a dollar for every time someone told me their work was too boring to make videos for, I’d be a trillionaire. It can be difficult to think of engaging marketing campaigns while staying on brand. It doesn't seem like professionalism and creativity mesh well together.
Redesigning your website is one of the most important projects your organisation can undertake. If your existing site is hard to navigate, cluttered and the language is hard to understand, it may be doing your business more harm than good.
Your website is your online shopfront where you sell your products and attract customers. If your website isn't bringing in leads, it may be time for a serious website redesign!
Google offers a range of free marketing tools that help people track the performance of your online marketing, and of course, your Google Ads performance.
One of the most popular, Google Analytics (or GA for short) has been around since 2005. Google Analytics was one of the first website analytics tools that was free and easy to collect data.
No one enjoys being “sold to” and studies have shown that consumers in the internet age are less trusting of marketing and sales tactics than ever before.
Clearly, traditional marketing tactics alone aren’t enough. Enter: inbound marketing.
Inbound marketing means connecting with potential customers by engaging with them on their own terms, in the online “places” where they already spend their time. Inbound marketing focuses on creating brand awareness and attracting new business through value-driven strategies such as content marketing, blogs, events, SEO and social media.
In the land down under, we love TV commercials. In fact, a lot of our Aussie slang has come from the most iconic ads in Australian history. The whole country has inside jokes thanks to the wonder of TV. Not that we needed any more reason for foreigners not to understand our Aussie humour.
What if I told you that when someone visits your website once, you can keep sending them ads until they purchase something from your business, or convert into a lead?
If you're anything like me, when I hear the word "data", I immediately feel dread in anticipation of the time it will take to pull out meaningful metrics. Data usually comes in the form of numbers, charts, tables and an overload of analytics. When you work in marketing, you need fast access to data to strategise and make the right decisions for your campaigns and inform clients of their ROI.
Google Ads, formerly known as Google AdWords, is an easy way to achieve awareness, website clicks and conversions. These ads tend to pop up when we're doing a Google search for products and services.
Many not-for-profits think they can’t afford to run a Google Ads campaign. But thanks to the Google Grant, they can!
If you’re not 100% sure what a content management system (CMS) is, we’re here to demystify it for you.
More than 60% of all websites use CMS or have CMS capabilities. Chances are, you're using a content management system (CMS) and didn’t even realise.
Something often experienced by fast-growing companies is that they tend to need more and more marketing tools to execute different parts of their strategy. You end up with a CRM, email marketing, social media management, e-commerce, website management, design platforms; the list can be endless and very time-consuming and confusing. Sound familiar?
2019 proved to be a pretty monumental year for Refuel Creative. It was only our second full year in business but saw successes, achievements and of course the occasional hiccup along the way.
The digital marketing industry is continuously evolving. As CEO of Refuel, it's my goal to make sure that my agency keeps up with the constant advancements so we can stay ahead of the curve. It's our goal to continue to deliver our clients’ an unfair advantage with the latest strategies and technologies.
As part of this, I flew over to Boston for HubSpot's annual Inbound Conference. This was my second Inbound, and I got a lot out of last year's event. Now that we are Gold HubSpot Partners, the opportunity presented itself again to visit Inbound. To see what's new at HubSpot Partner Day, and see some vendors to help with client pain points.
It's time to meet Jasmine, our new Project Manager at Refuel Creative. Jasmine has been part of the team for the last two months working to streamline our service delivery and operations.
Having a business phone used to mean getting an IT professional to come out and install an expensive PBX system with a bunch of confusing buttons. There’s a huge capital expense to set it all up, upwards of $10,000 in most cases.
Ten years ago, the world was a different place. We were all watching prime time TV daily. Some of us were playing Angry Birds on our first-generation iPads and downloading Limewire music to our MP3 players.
The world has since gotten much more complicated. With the release of new devices, technologies, networks and products every year, it's hard to keep up!
Our team grew substantially in 2019, and a byproduct of that is reading many job applications. I've seen some great applications. I've seen some awful applications too, great people who put together poor applications or don't meet the job ad's criteria.
When there are so few digital marketing agency jobs available in Adelaide, how do you stand out in the crowd?
I wanted to provide some tips for landing your dream marketing agency job, stand out from the crowd, and be an employers dream. We want to help our candidates succeed!
Some of these tips are simple but often get missed. We want to give candidates a path to apply for jobs with us and an approach for those that don't fit our criteria but could do very easily in the future.
There's a good reason for a lot of these tips - they work.
In some cases, before I started Refuel, these are the steps I took, and they landed me the job. They are also what I now look for in candidates as we offer marketing jobs in Adelaide and marketing specialist roles.
We now won't even consider an application that doesn't address the points below. If you submit a resume with no further information, it shows me the level of effort you put into finding a job. We put as much effort into assessing your application. Please show us the same level of respect that you want us to show you.
Here are my top 4 tips for getting that dream digital marketing agency job, and they could be valuable to any position at any employer.
When I started this business, I underestimated the value of a lot of formal structures. Things like vision and mission statements and documented processes seemed unnecessary when working from home. My dogs were my colleagues. They didn't care about values as long as they got their food and a scratch behind the ear.
But as you grow, these things that you think only big business need become far more valuable for your business. Things like value statements are easy to overlook when you're small. When you're a one or two-person organisation, it doesn't matter, right? It's one of those things bigger businesses need.
Then one day, you find yourself with a team of 8 from varying backgrounds and experience levels, and it's suddenly much more relevant. And urgent.
We overlook it because we think values don't matter as much as the ability to do the job. We believe in a small team we're all on the same page because we communicate so much. Or at least I did. I assumed this was the case for the longest time.
We are on the lookout for the next member of our ever-growing team. If you are a videographer looking to get a foothold in the agency world, we want to speak to you.
Google Ad Extensions are a pretty simple concept and are often misunderstood as being unnecessary. However, when it comes to Google ads, even the smallest additions can make all the difference. Think about it, when is an “extension” ever a bad thing?
We are on the lookout for the next member of our growing team. We need an experienced PPC Ads Strategist looking for the next step in their career. If that sounds up your alley - keep reading!
Digital Asset Management is the practice of housing all of your digital files in one place, so that the latest versions can be easily found and used when they are needed. It sounds simple (and maybe a bit boring), but if you run your own business, you’ll want to know more.
Every business owner has the intention of keeping their digital assets organised for easy accessibility. The reality is that business people end up with desktops, folder and drives full of documents and files that fit into 3 categories; useless, sort of half-done, and 110% complete and approved.
Facebook is essentially the pinnacle of social media advertising. The original and the best. The OG!
Between itself and its sister app Instagram, businesses are able to rack up big bucks through creating effective ads that pop up on users' news feeds. Every business uses a different tactic for their advertising; some people bombard their audience with ads and some use a more calculated approach.
Your content strategy is your plan for promoting your organisation with tangible media – written, visual or downloadable.
How on earth do I go about writing a blog?
A few days ago, Ryan asked us to start writing blogs, so we could share our areas of expertise and the community could get to know the people behind the work.
So, I sat down at my computer, put some music on, opened up a fresh Google Doc… and realised I have no idea how to write a blog. I’m not even sure where to start. I’m not a blogger, I’m a designer for Pete's sake!
After agonising over it for a few days I realised I had the perfect topic for my first blog; A Beginners Guide To Writing Blogs. If you’re reading this, chances are you’re in the same boat as me right now.
It’s my hope that by the end of this blog, we’ll both walk away with a better understanding of how to do this.
For the sake of both my own sanity and yours, I’m going to try and keep this as simple as possible.
Have you recently been advised by MailChimp that your account will be upgraded due to the number of contacts on your mailing list? Can you no longer have multiple users accessing your account? You might be looking into alternatives before handing over your credit card details to ensure that their paid platform really is the best fit for your business.
Well, you might just be in luck.
What MailChimp has taken away, HubSpot has just delivered.
In September, HubSpot announced it was making some pretty huge changes to its platforms and adding some pretty major features to its free tools.
Creating awesome content is typically what us content writers and journalists do. We know our way around grammar, punctuation and a good structure. We also have these weird creative brains that combine a bunch of words into something that people actually care about.
And, yet we all still question whether our titles are worthy of our readership. Will they rank? Will people want to click on them? Is this just going to look like all the other articles?
Titles kind of act like labels. If you invent a revolutionary ‘soup in a can’ and then bring it to market with a Dymo label on it that says “good soup,” how can you expect someone to buy it?
She is our guru of all things administration. Melissa does all the behind-the-scenes work to keep things running smoothly here at Refuel. She is also Ryan's right-hand woman so she is often sending out emails on behalf of Ryan. Learn all about Melissa here.
When was the last time you didn't use Google Maps to find your way to a location you hadn’t been before? We're all guilty of typing in a business name or searching for 'nearest coffee shop,' and using Google Maps to help get us there.
A common frustration for a lot of businesses is knowing what marketing or sales activities make their phones ring. For trade businesses like plumbers and electricians, this is a particular problem, as customers like to call rather than fill out forms on a website.
With the Disney+ video streaming service landing on Australian shores November 19, Netflix is going to have its biggest rival ever.
Disney is the true giant of the entertainment industry. In recent years, Disney has acquired studios like Marvel, LucasFilm and the vast wealth of content that comes with them. Disney is primed to flex its muscles and create an extensive service for blockbusters like The Avengers, Star Wars and more. This will likely increase big-budget productions on other streaming services in order to keep audiences subscribed.
With all of these services available in the market, the consumer choice has become overwhelming. What does this mean for online marketing and is there any way to capitalise on these new technologies?
There’s no way around it: SEO is the most cost-effective way of promoting your business. And unlike other methods, SEO keeps bringing in results a long time after you’ve set up your website.

You have quality content. Excellent, helpful, well-written information with splashy, relevant images you just know people will love. However, if your fabulous web pages and blog posts languish somewhere down on page 20 of Google’s search results, nobody will ever find you.
Social media has revolutionised how we connect with others. No longer just a way to keep in touch with what our family members were up to on the weekend, social networking has become a powerful marketing and sales channel.
From lead generation to customer service, social media help us engage with people around the globe.
Search engine optimisation, commonly shortened to SEO, is the process of ensuring that your website appears as high as possible in search results. This is accomplished through careful curation of quality content and purposeful improvements to a website to appeal to Google’s (and other search engines) algorithm.
If I had a dollar for every time a company rejected my job application for "a lack of experience", I wouldn’t need a job!
Business owners know that the e-commerce industry is exploding in Australia. Whether you’re an experienced e-commerce business or considering capitalising on this fast-paced industry growth, you still look for every advantage you can get.
Google Shopping is a powerful tool to get in front of people looking for your products. By utilising effective Google Shopping Ad Campaigns, your products will be able to be seen by a larger and more diverse audience that you know are interested in your products. You must master Google Merchant Center to advertise on Google Shopping.
Are you a PPC and Online Advertising expert looking for your next challenge? Somewhere you can grow, with the right tools to drive your career forward?
If you run a website, or your business has a website, you must have heard the phrase “search engine optimisation” at least a few times.
How do you get training on industry-specific platforms and technologies when you haven't broken into the industry yet? Or you're a small business owner looking to learn how to market your own business?
There are some great free digital marketing courses you can take online. These offer certifications that are recognised in the industry and help you show your skills. These online marketing courses are delivered via online learning with video tutorials, so you can study when it suits you.
In some cases, these certifications are prerequisites for digital marketing roles. If you take these courses and earn these certifications, your resume will stand out from other candidates.
The certifications show that you are prepared to invest in your own learning, taking the initiative to improve your skills. This is important when you're graduating from your marketing degree. It would help if you had something on your resume to separate you from all the other graduates. If you're serious about becoming a marketer, taking accredited courses helps a prospective employer see that.
While certifications alone aren't a replacement for experience, they can help you secure marketing jobs.
You'll also get an excellent grounding in the fundamentals of digital marketing and online advertising, even if you don’t use the tools.
These free online digital marketing courses aren't just for students and job seekers either. Small business owners, entrepreneurs and marketing managers can benefit from the background knowledge.
Let's look at the free certifications we look for in Refuel Creative recruits.

With virtually infinite information instantly attainable through the internet, the importance of standing out from the online crowd is more significant than ever. One of the best ways to give your business more clout in the online world is to work to put your business at the top of the most relevant search engine results pages (SERP).
This means developing strategies for search engine optimisation (SEO), such as publishing remarkable and unique content, building a network of authoritative backlinks, and utilising keywords strategically. But that's only part of the SEO equation. Your search engine optimisation strategy should never overlook the importance of technical SEO.
In this article, we have created a checklist of necessary technical optimisation steps to ensure your site is found, understood, and shown to your intended audience by their chosen search engines. Examine this list with a critical eye, focused on finding places where you can improve your site or your company’s practices to push yourself to the top of the search engine result pages.
You can also use Google Search Console to get an in-depth look at how your site performs online to give you a better idea of areas where improvement may be required. This guide will give you a rundown of the basics of technical SEO, processes involved, and tips and tricks for how you can implement a technical SEO strategy for your own business to improve customer relationships, online authority and revenue.

Live chat software has become popular in the last couple of years as it becomes cheaper and easier to access. Customers prefer live chat, as they're able to engage with your organisation fast without making a phone call.
But what if you offer live chat, but you aren't available to respond in real-time? Enter chatbots.
It’s easy to forget just how revolutionary of an idea landing pages were in the early and mid-2000s. We take it for granted today, but sending visitors to a page designed specifically for them was a bold and innovative move that allowed companies to “continue the conversation” sparked by ads or search engine optimised phrases. It’s no wonder the idea caught on - especially after Microsoft famously used landing pages to bolster sales of Office way back in 2003.
Let’s begin with what a digital marketing strategy is exactly. Like any strategy, an effective digital marketing strategy is a plan of action to achieve a desired, well-thought-out goal using online marketing. Depending on the size of your business and what products or services you offer, your digital marketing strategy might involve multiple goals with many moving parts. Frequently reflecting on these strategies can help you stay focussed on meeting the objectives you have set for your business.

With the rise of online shopping, more companies can reach customers from around the globe.
